Umoja
The Umoja Mentoring Program is designed to collectively mentor young ladies and gentlemen of High School age. It is sponsored by BAAFSSO (Black, Alumni, Administration, Faculty, Student and Staff Organization), a New Jersey City University Organization. Students, Faculty and Staff participate by facilitating workshops, seminars and activities geared to educate, encourage and empower students to succeed in their academic and personal lives.
