The Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP) is the name for the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) at New Jersey City University. Over the years we've helped thousands of qualified students meet their academic and financial commitments.

If you have been a resident of New Jersey for at least one year prior to receiving an OSP grant, have a high school diploma or GED Certificate, can demonstrate through an OSP interview that you have the motivation to complete a college program, qualify financially, and agree to participate in a six-week pre-college orientation program, OSP is the program for you.
