During each Fall and Spring semester, the Counseling Center offers a series of four one-hour workshops designed to help you achieve greater academic success:
Study Skills and Notetaking
Throughout the year, the Counseling Center offers a variety of programs focusing on personal growth, mental health and social issues. These include both one-time presentations and multi-session workshops. Among the topics we address are: anxiety, assertiveness, anger management, body image, communication skills, depression parenting, relationships, self-esteem, and shyness.
