We strongly discourage current and prospective clients from contacting us by e-mail regarding any counseling-related concerns, including the scheduling or cancellation of appointments.  E-mail is not a subsititute for personal counseling.  It is also not a secure communication medium, so your confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. In addition, due to technical problems, busy schedules, and vacations, electronic messages may not be received in a timely manner.
