Students who find it necessary to withdraw from the University due to medical circumstances must arrange an appointment with the Director of Counseling & Wellness Services in the Gilligan Student Union Building, Room 308 (201-200-3165). Appropriate supporting documentation must be presented at the time of the appointment.
In addition to meeting with the Director of Counseling and Wellness Services students must also officially withdraw from their courses at the Registrar’s Office, Room 214 (201-200-3334).
Students who request medical withdrawals after the semester is completed must file an appeal (again with appropriate documentation) with the Dean of Arts and Sciences. Karnoutsos Hall, Room 605 (201-200-3001).
