Be sure to stop by this year's "mini-fair" to learn about a broad variety of health topics from registered nurses! Educational tables will include information on hypertension, diabetes, smoking cessation, HIV/AIDS, eye health, breast care, sexually transmitted infections, stress management, testicular cancer, pregnancy and weight control.

NJCU STUDENT ID required. Stressed out by the challenges of balancing college and life responsibilities? Take some time to relax with a FREE massage by a certified massage therapist! Students will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be treated to a ten minute massage of the neck, shoulders, arms and hands, as well as an opportunity to learn breathing techniques that promote relaxation.

Co-sponsored by NJCU Peers Educating Peers. As infants, our bodies "speak" to us. However, in the process of learning cultural norms we forget the language our bodies speak. At this program, re-learn ways to read and interpret your body's messages to encourage self healing, injury prevention, and healthy longevity.

Children who don't have access to books and who don't read regularly are among the most vulnerable in our society. Reading helps develop academic self-confidence, encourages parent-child connections, and provides access to the power of knowledge. Purchase a book to empower a child you love, while helping to support the many children who attend the NJCU Children's Learning Center.

Co-sponored by the NJCU Art & Design Association and and Student Government Association. Donation suggested. Enjoy an afternoon of fun, food and fundraising, and learn how activism, volunteering and prejudice reduction can have a positive impact on your well being. All donations received will support the American Conference on Diversity's Youth Leadership Institute programs, which teach NJ student leaders how stereotypes, bigotry and bias impact negatively on themselves and their schools, and provide them with the tools to develop their own student-led action plans. What's Your HPV IQ?

Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is a sexually transmitted infections (STI) that will impact at least 50% of sexually active women and men during their lifetime.
