Robert Foster has been living and teaching in Hudson County for over twenty years. At NJCU, he has initiated film and media classes that cover documentary film, stereotypes in media, and media design. In addition, he is the director of the Hoboken Historical Museum, a non-profit group funded by the state of New Jersey. He has received grants from the NJ Council for the Arts, NJ Council for the Humanities, and the NJ Historical Commission.
