  • Peace Corps traces its roots and mission to 1960, when then Senator John F. Kennedy challenged individuals to serve their country in the cause of peace by living and working in developing countries. From that inspiration grew an agency of the federal government devoted to world peace and friendship.

  • Metro International is a private, not-for-profit organization, with a mission to create global learning opportunities for students, educators, and the community, in New York City and beyond.

  • ISIC International Student Identity Card is the only internationally accepted student ID card and proof of current student status in existence.  More than an ID card, they also offer: discounts to more than 33,000 locations in 103 countries, mobile phone and a calling card communications package, insurance plan and emergency help line.
  • Freeman ASIA (Freeman Awards for Study in Asia) is designed to support American undergraduates with demonstrated financial need who are planning to study overseas in East or Southeast Asia. A Freeman-ASIA Award provides need-based funding to assist the recipient with the cost of the study abroad program and related expenses such as airfare, additional living costs, books, etc.
