International Admission Requirements

What do you need to apply to NJCU?

Graduate university application and instructions: http://www.njcu.edu/graduate/grad/

I-20 application: The application has three parts-

     1. data form
     2. information on costs and affidavit of sponsorship
     3. transfer form

The data form can be completed on-line or on paper
On-line data form

Paper application (data form, affidavit of sponsorship, transfer form)

Once accepted, you must submit:

· Completed I-20 application

· Affidavit of sponsorship and financial documents. You may submit documents by email/fax, but you must provide original copies by the start of the semester.

· Undergraduate Enrollment Confirmation with deposit

· Health Forms http://web.njcu.edu/dept/hwc/Content/entrance_health__immunization_requirements.asp

Housing application [if on-campus housing is needed] http://web.njcu.edu/sites/reslife/Content/applications__forms.asp

Application deadlines:

Fall Semester (September) — April 1
Spring Semester (January) — November 1
