 The Shuttle Bus operates continuously Monday to Thursday from 7:00am - 11:00pm, Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm when the University is in session. During summer sessions, the Shuttle is in service from Monday-Thursday7:00am – 11:00pm. The Shuttle Service does not operate on Saturdays Sundays or Holidays. The Shuttle Buses make pick-ups and drop-offs at the shelter areas located in West Campus Lot #3 (located on West Side Avenue) and in the front of the Professional Studies Building (Lot #4). In addition there is a Loop Shuttle that makes stops at Athletics and Fitness Center Visual Arts building and The Light Rail can be obtained in (Lot #4) Monday to Thursday from 8:00am - 11:00pm.  During the regular semesters, the University provides one-way shuttle service to Journal Square. This service is provided to University students, faculty, and staff and makes scheduled pickups at 9:15p.m., 9:45p.m., and 10:15p.m. Monday-Thursday. Summer session service hours are restricted to one pick up at 9:15p.m. Monday- Thursday. All departures leave from the south side of the Professional Studies Building(Lot#4). Utilization of this service requires that all passengers present their University GothicCard when boarding the shuttle.Requirements for Usage The Shuttle Service is for the exclusive use of New Jersey City University students, faculty, staff and official guests. Proper identification in the form of a University I.D. is required upon request of the driver. Prohibited on the Shuttle: 1. No eating, drinking, and smoking 2. No littering 3. No standing permitted.
