Located on Culver Ave Two levels of parking are located beneath the Gilligan Student Union. Enter by turning right from Culver Avenue, approaching from West Side Ave. Approaching from Kennedy Blvd., left turns are prohibited by the Jersey City Police Department. The upper lot (adjacent area behind Fries Hall) is entered through the GSU Parking Garage.
