A senior, eligible for graduation/certification, must complete the 'Intent To Graduate Card' and 'Application For Certification' if applicable, at the Registrar's Office in Hepburn Hall, Room 214, between the hours of 9:00am and 7:00pm, or 5:00pm to 8:00pm at the Office Of Academic Services For Evening Students (OASES), Gilligan Student Union Building, 1st Floor. Click here or on the photo to view more pictures. DEADLINES ARE: May 17 to June 10, if the student expects to complete all requirements by the end of the Summer I or II Sessions. Transcripts and diplomas will be dated August 15 and diplomas will be available October 15. August 2 to September 30, if the student expects to complete all requirements by the end of the fall semester. Transcripts and diplomas will be dated January 31, and diplomas will be available by March 15. November 1 to December 10, if the student expects to complete all requirements by the end of the spring semester, transcripts and diplomas will be dated the date of Commencement and diplomas will be available by approximately June 15. The Dean of Students will forward a letter during April to each graduating senior regarding participation in the May Commencement.
