MAIL or FAX
To order transcripts by mail, you'll need to download and complete the
Transcript Request Form
(.pdf file* - 20kb) or send a signed letter with your name (or former name), social security number, years of attendance and to whom and where you would like the transcript sent. As of Fall 2005, there is no fee for regular service. Regular service is provided within 4 working days.

WALK-IN
You may also order your transcripts by coming to the office. This order option is only available during University business hours of 9:00 am to 4:30pm. Regular service is provided within four working days. As of Fall 2005, there is no fee for regular service.
To request your transcript using our "one hour" service (which is only available up until 4:00 pm.) the cost is $10.00 per transcript. The office is located in Hepburn Hall, Room 214. |
