New York University offers proficiency tests in over 50 foreign languages that may be used to gain academic credit at NJCU.  New Jersey City University will accept up to 12 credits for the successful completion of this proficiency exam.  NYU Language Proficiency examinations are given by appointment only at the NYU campus.
