Faculty and Staff must order their cap, gown and hoods via the University web-based order form no later than March 27, 2009.
To order, go to:

In the query box, enter your University ample I.D. #and click the "submit" button (your university I.D. # is located on your Gothic Card as well as your paystub).  An order form, complete with your information, will appear.  Enter your height (including an allowance for dress shoes) and weight in the appropriate boxes.  If you placed an order for the Convocation or last year's Commencement, your height/weight information has been retained.  However, even if this information has not changed, YOU MUST login and click on the "Order" button to place your order for this ceremony.  Click on the "Order" button and your order is complete. 

Cap and Gowns are to be picked up at the Gilligan Student Union Building, rm. 218 on Wednesday May 6, Thursday May 7th from Noon - 7:00 p.m. or Monday, May 11th from Noon - 4:00 p.m.
