CLASS VISIT TO THE CENTER
If you would like to visit the Weiss Center with your class, please fill out the Class Visit Form. We ask that visitors to the center fill out a book review form. You can have students download these forms before class (Click on the links below): Review forms
Please note: You will receive confirmation from an authorized member of the Center when your class visit form is submitted and approved. Submitting this form does not confirm the visit. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for confirmation.
