Charge/Description: The Campus Infrastructure Working group will conduct a SWOT analysis on the University’s goals and processes with regard to facilities and space management and information technology. The scope of this analysis will include but not be limited to:
- Space needs and planning
- Space allocation
- Capital renewal
- Instructional technology
- Administrative systems
- Communications
- Emerging technologies
