Communication Working Group
Charge/Description: The USPSC Communication working group is charged with assessing the University’s communications to its various constituencies. The group will research and develop recommendations for strategies and tactics to insure all University communications are clear of purpose, concise, and exceed the quality one would come to expect from an institution of higher education. The research conducted by the group will include an analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) as they relate to the University’s communications.
These communications include, but are not limited to:
- Advertisements
- Websites
- Press Releases
- Social Media
- Messages from the Critical Incident Response Team
- Announcements to Staff and Faculty
- Solicitations for Donations
- Public Safety Announcements
- University Publications
- Required State and Federal Reporting
