April 16, 2013 Working Draft of NJCU Strategic Plan

Vision 2015 is the development of a strategic plan that will guide the University in achieving academic excellence and ensuring fiscal viability in its programs.

Vision 2015 approaches planning as an ongoing, dynamic process and integrates it with other University-wide initiatives such as master planning, budgeting, enrollment management, and student learning outcomes assessment. Coordinated by the University Strategic Planning Steering Committee (USPSC), Vision 2015 will engage the University community through extensive working groups.

The findings of these working groups will be synthesized into a set of key institutional goals and objectives for the next five-year period.
