Enrollment Management Working Group
Charge/Description: The Enrollment Management Working Group of the USPSC will conduct a SWOT analysis of the enrollment management processes and goals of the University. In doing so, it will look at items/issues that include but are not limited to the following:
- Recruitment
- Retention
- Processes and protocols integral to efforts at recruitment and retention and the growth and enrollment goals of the university
- Tools available to the offices that work towards supporting the enrollment growth and goals of the University
