On page 3 of the attached document, line six indicates the Writing Assessment Exam (COE).  Note that a score of 2 under the column marked Test Score corresponds with a P under the column marked Letter Score and indicates a pass.  A score of 1 would correspond with an F and indicate a failing essay.
