Career Development
Being a Peer Educator gives you practical, hands-on experience in public speaking, presenting to a variety of groups in a variety of settings, designing and implementing eucational programs and networking with professionals and other students on and off campus - a great way to get letters of recommendation for future career opportunities.  When you become a Pepper, you serve as a teacher, role-model for younger students who may have never before viewed college as an option, and a leader, both at NJCU and in your community.  Joining the PEP program greatly enhances your resume and increases your marketability for graduate school programs and/or career objectives.
