Option A - Courses
Students who place into Option A will enroll in Reading and Writing Across the Disciplines (INTD 90/105), which will include a freshman orientation component consisting of a variety of workshops designed to acclimate them to the NJCU campus, its resources, and to university life and learning.

INTD 090 Reading and Writing Across the Disciplines
 
 

 
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
 
Reading and Writing Across the Disciplines
INTD 090 (4 non-degree credits) and INTD 105 (2 degree credits) 
 


Reading and Writing across the Disciplines is a two-part course that provides reading and writing instruction for students whose entrance exams indicate the need for developmental work before entering English Composition I. Students enrolled in RWAD must earn a passing grade in the course and on the English Department’s Writing and Reading Assessment Profile (WRAP) in order to enroll in RWAD II or English Composition I. INTD 090 and INTD 105 are co-requisites.
