L ambda Tau Omega Sorority, Incorporated. was founded in 1988 by sixteen young, intelligent and energetic womyn at Montclair State College now known as Montclair State University.  The overall membership of Lambda Tau Omega Sorority, Inc. reflects diversity; we are a myriad of ethnic, political and religious backgrounds. With the belief in mind that education equals womyn's empowerment, we were founded on superior scholarship and we vow to advance our academic ideals at every college and university that we may reach.  Our sisterhood also serves as a common social ground that encourages close friendships among our sisters, other respective Greeks and the community.

The purpose of Lambda Theta Alpha shall be to provide a sisterhood based on Unity, Love, & Respect. To develop strong Leaders who will then provide and practice political, social and cultural activities. To promote Latino Unity through charitable and educational programs. To maintain a high standard of learning and serve as a voice for all Latino students.

  Omega Phi Chi Sorority, Inc.

Omega Phi Chi is a multicultural sorority that was founded on November 9, 1988 at Rutgers University in New Jersey by eight women of Asian, African-American, and Latina descent. Our purpose is to generate unity among all women by fostering a strong sisterhood based on honesty, loyalty, respect, responsibility, academic excellence, and involvement in community service.

 

Sorority Motto: "Destroying all boundries, uniting all races"

Official Colors: "Pink and Black"
