Freshman Orientation
Tuesday, August 12, 2008

The transition from high school to college is an important milestone in the lives of young adults. The orientation program helps to aid in that transition by providing workshops, programs and activities specific to entering college students.

Participation in the Freshman Orientation Program is required for all new students. Freshman Orientation is a day-long program and includes activities that are designed to ease your transition to college life at New Jersey City University. At this program you will meet student leaders, faculty, staff, and administrators who can offer advice and answer your questions about college life. You will receive information on advisement, financial aid, university policies, student rights, and get acquainted with other classmates. Register for Freshmen Orientation by using our convenient online form. Should you have any concerns or questions, contact the Office of Campus Life at (201) 200-3585.
