The Controller's Office is responsible for maintaining and reporting the university's receipt, disbursement and budgetary transactions pertaining to all university funds. The Controller's Office is  under the division of Administration and Finance.  The Associate Vice President for Finance & Controller of New Jersey City University has supervisory responsibilities over the following financial areas:
