What I enjoy most about working here is the students' dedication to learning English. They are hardworking, responsible and eager to succeed in the American job market. I feel challenged by their motivation; therefore, I try to make my classes interesting and responsive to their individual needs and learning styles. I am also available to help with other academic concerns as well as with personal problems, especially those that relate to cultural matters. |
