The Language Auditing Program enables individuals to audit undergraduate language courses on a non-credit basis for a full semester. Course offerings include English as a Second Language as well as French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese. Those interested in auditing a language course should consult the undergraduate master course list at www.njcu.edu or at the NJCU Registrar’s Office, Hepburn Hall, Room 214. The Language Auditing Program is administered by the Office of Continuing Education. Fall Semester: Tuesday, September 1 through Monday, December 21 $400.00 for ESL; $300.00 for all others Registration Deadline: NCD239/7612—Jazz Pedagogy This course examines the rationale for a jazz curriculum, reviews the methodologies and materials currently used throughout the country for presenting this curriculum, and explores how to implement a jazz program as part of high school and college music department offerings. This course is designed for music educators in secondary education.
