The Journal of Educational Foundations will be moving to The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey on September 1^st, 2007.  As a result of this transition The Journal of Educational Foundations will not be accepting new manuscripts until October, 2007.   All manuscripts received before June 30^th have been catalogued and will go through the regular review process beginning in September.   We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   New Jersey City University will sponsor one more issue to be released this fall.   All new issues will be supported by The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.   Thank you in advance for your patience during this transition period.
