Souper Soups

CulinArt’s signature Souper Soups program offers a wealth of both hearty homestyle soup selections as well as contemporary alternatives, such as Chicken and Corn chowder and Moroccan Lentil and Tomato soup, supported by a plethora of fresh baked gourmet breads and rolls.

Chef’s Choice

CulinArt will offer a hearty hot entrée, accompanied by starch and vegetable selections, from our Chef’s Choice station. The Chef’s Choice entrée will alternate between comfort foods and more contemporary fare.

City Charbroiler

CulinArt’s signature grill concept offers a variety of grilled-to-order menu options, such as hand-packed beef, turkey, and garden vegetable burgers, chicken sandwiches, fingers, and so much more. In addition to those items offered on a continual and rotating basis, CulinArt will highlight a daily City Charbroiler Burger special.

Pizza Villaggio

CulinArt’s signature pizza concept offers fresh baked gourmet, traditional and thin crust pizza as well as a variety of stromboli, calzones, garlic knots, stuffed breads and other fresh baked pizzeria items.

Spinning Salads

This service-oriented action-style salad concept includes a vast selection of base greens and lettuces, proteins, toppings and dressings. Spinning Salads can be prepared as a side dish, a full meal, or a light lunch alternative. Students will direct their “salad spinner” to include specific ingredients and amounts to tailor a salad to their precise tastes and appetites. Supporting the plethora of fresh quality ingredients offered daily, CulinArt will highlight a Spinning Salad special of the day.

Quik Pik

For those on the go, choose from CulinArt’s chef-prepared selections of Quik Pik salads, sandwiches and wraps.

O’reg iona lities Cuisine

To provide excitement and energy to the dining service program, CulinArt offers Oregionalities Cuisine, which includes both contemporary and traditional items, such as a Japanese Noodle Bar, Italian Pasta Bar or Stir Fry Bar, as an action station. Students can enjoy the option of having a meal expertly prepared according to their specific tastes through the latest in induction cooking technology.

El Grande Burrito

CulinArt’s South of the Border concept features large size burritos assembled to order with choice of proteins, beans, and toppings. Selections may also be served as tacos or in a bowl.

Sweet Shoppe & 21^st Century Treats

CulinArt’s full line of dessert items entice even our most fastidious customers to indulge in a treat or snack. On a daily basis, CulinArt offers a variety of cookies, sliced loaf cake, layer cakes, gourmet pies, with a rotating schedule of specialty items, such as Italian & French pastries, cupcakes, individual cheesecakes and fruit tarts, poached fresh fruit, rugalach, warm bread pudding, creamy trifles and more. The 21^st Century Treat Shoppe is stacked full of new and old candy and snack favorites.
