Students
All currently enrolled students of New Jersey City University are entitled to a GothicCard. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Student GothicCard:

Bring a valid form of photo Id (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

You will then be issued a GothicCard good for the length you are enrolled at the University.

There is no charge for your initial GothicCard.
Staff
Staff members of New Jersey City University are entitled to a GothicCard. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Staff GothicCard:
Temporary Staff
Temporary Staff members of New Jersey City University are entitled to a GothicCard. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Temporary Staff GothicCard:

Make sure you have been entered into the payroll system.

Bring a completed GothicCard Request Form along with a valid form of photo Id (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

You will then be issued a GothicCard good until the date specified on the GothicCard Request Form (not to exceed 1 year).
Faculty
Faculty who are currently being paid through New Jersey City University payroll system are entitled to a PennCard. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Faculty GothicCard:

Make sure you have been entered into the payroll system.
Bring a valid form of photo Id (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

You will then be issued a GothicCard good for the length you are an active employee.

There is no charge for your initial GothicCard.
Alumni
Alumni of the New Jersey City University are entitled to a Alumni GothicCard. Please visit the Alumni Office for further information. The card that is issued is good for 5 years. Please us the following procedure to obtain your Alumni GothicCard:

Bring a a valid form of photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

Guests
Guests of New Jersey City University may obtain a GothicCard through the sponsorship of a University department. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Guest GothicCard:

Bring a completed GothicCard Request Form, along with a valid form of photo ID (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

You will then be issued a GothicCard good until the date specified on the GothicCard Request Form (not to exceed 1 year).
Consultants
Consultants retained by a New Jersey City department may obtain a GothicCard through the sponsorship of that department. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Consultant GothicCard:

Bring a completed GothicCard Request Form, along with a valid form of photo Id (driver's license, passport, etc.) to the University Service Center.

You will then be issued a GothicCard good until the date specified on the GothicCard Request Form (not to exceed 1 year).
Contractors
Contractors retained by a New Jersey City University department may obtain a GothicCard through the sponsorship of that department. Please use the following procedure to obtain your Contractor GothicCard:
