Final day to drop a course(s) for 100% refund of tuition at the Registrar’s Office, H-214 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Canceled courses are dropped by computer for 100% refund. See page 15 of the Fall 2009 MCL for Refund of Tuition and Fees Policy.

September 9 to 15

Period to submit Pass/Fail forms at Registrar’s Office, H-214. Forms available outside office. See page 15 of the Fall 2009 MCL for Pass/Fail Option.

September 21

Final day to withdraw from a course(s) for a 50% refund of tuition with a “W” grade(s) at the Registrar’s Office, H-214. See page 15of the Fall 2009 MCL for Refund of Tuition and Fees policy.

September 30

Deadline to file graduation clearance form for seniors completing Bachelors degree requirements during the 2009 Fall term read pages 14 & 15 of the Fall 2009 MCL for Graduation and Certification Deadline Dates for specific directions.

October 12

Deadline: Incomplete grades for the 2009 Spring Semester and 2009 Summer I and Summer II become “F” grades. Read page 14 of the Fall 2009 MCL.

Nov. 2 to Dec. 11

Graduation Clearance forms for seniors completing Bachelor degree requirements during the 2010 Spring semester are available until December 12 in H-214. Read page 14 & 15 of the Fall 2009 MCL for Graduation and Certification Deadline Dates for specific directions. $25.00 non-refundable graduation clearance fee will be charged upon filing for Graduation Clearance.

November 16

Final Day to withdraw from a course(s) for a “W” grade(s) at the Registrar’s Office, H-214. See page 15 of the Fall 2009 MCL for Refund of Tuition and Fees Policy.

November 20

Deadline to declare a major for all degree students with 35 or more earned credits and with at least a 2.0 cumulative average who wish to be advised by a major academic department for the 2010 Summer I, II and Fall Semesters. Report to University Advisement Center, Vodra Hall, Room 101. For specific information read page 12 of the Fall 2009 MCL.

Nov. 26, 27, 28

Thanksgiving Recess: no classes.

December 1

Final day to complete INTENTION TO DO JUNIOR FIELD EXPERIENCE form for the 2010 Fall Semester. Forms are available at the Center for Teacher Preparation and Partnerships, P203A.

Dec. 15 to 21

Final examinations for the 2009 Fall Semester.

December 20

End of 2009 Fall Semester.

Forms are available outside the Registrar’s Office, Hepburn Hall, Rm. 214. After office hours, use the office door mail-slot.
