The lobby contains the geometric metal work "Marduk" by the renowned sculptor George Chemeche, created from a single sheet of aluminum, as part of his Sumerian Series of metal sculptures. “Marduk” was donated to BDI by Sanford Batkin, Chairman Emeritus of Universal Folding Box Company, Hoboken, NJ. BDI is also honored to display "Beauty for Ashes" by Duda Penteado, one of Brazil’s most acclaimed artists and a local personality. The lobby also proudly displays a Citation from County Executive Thomas A. DeGise and the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce for our commitment "to the Hudson County business community and our investment in the neighborhood."
