Business Development Incubator at New Jersey City University Wins NJBIA New Good Neighbor Award

The Business Development Incubator at New Jersey City University has been honored with a 2007 New Good Neighbor Award for providing an important element to Jersey City’s west side revitalization. The awards are sponsored jointly by the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA) and New Jersey Business.

NJBIA President Philip Kirschner presented the award to Gina Boesch, (former) director of the Business Development Incubator, at the 47th Annual New Good Neighbor Awards luncheon, held recently at the Sheraton at Woodbridge Place in Iselin.

“This 30,000-square-foot renovation project superimposes a bright future over an historic past,” Kirschner said. “This project is the first piece of a 21-acre redevelopment plan that is drawing business back to the city and creating jobs.”
