Adjunct Professor Kevin J. Nelson is the Lead Professor of the Communiversity NJCU Fire Science program in Wall Township. Professor Nelson holds the rank of Captain and has been with the Bloomfield Fire Department since 1997 at which time he also became a certified EMT. A 1996 graduate of the Fire Science program from New Jersey City University; Professor Nelson continued his education at Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate school and in 2000 he received a Masters degree in Administrative Science. Prof. Nelson is married and has two beautiful daughters.
