APPLICATIONS & FORMS
A $150 housing deposit is required with all applications ONLY when a room is offered and a student accepts the room assignmentin writing.At that point, the non-refundable $150 serves to hold the room for the student and is deducted from total cost of housing. *A $150 deposit is not required for Summer Housing Applicants; however, all charges must be paid in full prior to Check In!

(Downloadble version) Students interested in housing should download this application and submit to the Office of Residence Life.
Transfer Student Form (.pdf)
Transfer students should download this form and submit to the Dean of Students of the institution they are transfering from. The Dean of Students at that institution must complete and sign this form. Transfer Student form is required of all transfer students. *Transfer students must submit a Residence Life Application along with Transfer Form.

Housing Withdrawal Form (online form)
The following form is for students withdrawing from on-campus housing. Please fill in all fields. Forms with incomplete information will not be processed. NOTE: If offered a room and you have accepted your room assignment, your $150 deposit will be non-refundable.
