The LGBTFA purpose is to provide:

• A safe space for LGBTF students where they can be themselves without fear or persecution.
  
• Social activities for LGBTF students.
• A support system for any LGBTF student in need of information, comfort, and guidance.
• Information on LGBT issues to the entire student body.
• A forum for discussion on LGBT issues.
