E-mail Account Help Form

The Department of Information Technology (IT) has transitioned the University's Microsoft Live@edu student email service to Microsoft's new Office 365 email system.

You now need to log into the new Office 365 system at www.outlook.com/njcu.edu.

Information about the migration can be found at njcu.edu/live/index-office365.html.
Please provide the information below so that we can assist you with your NJCU E-mail account. We will respond to you via e-mail within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of your e-mail request and next business day during the weekend. 

You may also visit Rossey Hall, Room 06, Monday - Thursday (9am to 8pm) or Friday (9am to 6pm) for in person assistance.  (Please bring your campus ID card for in person assistance.)
